Haji Gaming Terms & Conditions – Know before you join

By accessing or using the Haji Gaming platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using Haji Gaming.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Haji Gaming and its members. They may be updated at any time; continued use of the platform after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

To open an account with Haji Gaming, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Haji Gaming strictly prohibits participation by minors.
• Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be closed.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You must use a mobile number and email address registered in your own name.
• You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Never share your login credentials with anyone.

You may be asked to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time after registration. A national ID, passport, or other government-issued ID along with proof of address may be required.

The following rules apply when making a deposit at Haji Gaming:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred BDT).
• You must use a payment method registered in your own name – via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any other accepted channel.
• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited. Such deposits will be refunded and the account may be subject to investigation.
• Haji Gaming follows anti-money laundering policies. Additional verification may be required for suspicious transactions.

The following Haji Gaming policies apply to withdrawing winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed without it.
• Withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• If you have an active bonus, its wagering requirement must be fulfilled before making a withdrawal.

Haji Gaming offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, and compliance with those terms is mandatory.

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive up to a 150% bonus on their first deposit. A ×15 wagering requirement must be completed before withdrawal.
• Reload Bonus: Wagering requirement on daily deposit bonuses is ×18.
• Cashback: Weekly cashback is directly withdrawable – no wagering required.
• Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the bonus validity period expires.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts, using a VPN to obtain bonuses, or exploiting the bonus system in any other way will result in account closure and cancellation of all bonuses.
• Haji Gaming reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

All games on Haji Gaming use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology certified by independent testing agencies. Every outcome is entirely random and never predetermined.

• Gaming results are final and cannot be changed unless a technical error is proven.
• Haji Gaming is not obligated to pay out incorrect winnings displayed due to a software error or system malfunction.
• Intentionally disconnecting during a game or using any other fraudulent tactics is strictly prohibited.
• The use of bots, auto-clickers, or any automated tools is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

Keeping your Haji Gaming account secure is primarily your responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone – Haji Gaming staff will never ask for your password.
• Do not share any information in response to suspicious emails or phone calls.
• If you log in from a public or shared device, always log out when you are done.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact support.

Haji Gaming reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• If registration is completed using false or misleading information.
• If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person.
• If the bonus system is abused.
• If fraudulent activity, a chargeback, or suspicion of money laundering is detected.
• For any other violation of the rules.

If you believe your account has been suspended in error or you have a dispute, please contact the Haji Gaming Help Centre. We investigate every complaint fairly.

Haji Gaming is not liable for:

• Interruption to a game or betting session due to loss of internet connection.
• Loss or damage caused by issues with the user's device or software.
• Loss or damage resulting from third-party attacks or cyberattacks (although we ensure the highest level of security measures are in place).
• Any loss resulting from the user's own negligence or error.

Haji Gaming reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date.

Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or SMS. Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
